Where we ship

We ship to Utah, Idaho and Arizona. Shipping is free on every box. Live somewhere else? Join the waitlist and tell us where you are. It helps us decide where to go next.

How fast your box arrives

We pack every box ourselves in Rexburg, Idaho and ship it with UPS within 2 business days after you pick your pieces. Most boxes arrive within a few days after that. You'll get an email with your UPS tracking number when your box ships.

Returns and size swaps

If something doesn't fit, mail it back free within 14 days of delivery. We'll send the same piece, or a similar one, in the next size up. Just email us, and we'll send you a free return label.

Changing sizes, skipping, pausing or canceling

Change your baby's size before any box ships. You can also skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime. There are no sign-up or cancellation fees.

Gift Boxes

A Gift Box is a one-time box of 4 pieces in the size you choose, gift-wrapped with a handwritten note. There's no subscription. Size swaps work the same way, so the family you're gifting can trade for a better fit.
